TIPS TO TAKE HOME:
- LOGO PERSONALIZATION: Prices for logos range widely. You can get a logo on Fiverrr for only $5 if you want to. When you are working with a graphic designer, prices tend to range from $99 – $500. The difference tends to be in the amount of specification, skill, number of revisions, and customization. This logo leans a little bit more to the customization side. You will want to keep this in mind when YOU get your own logo. If you want something highly specific, that is very detailed, you will be asking the designer to spend a lot more time on it – so be prepared for that.
- LOGO DETAIL: Often times we get clients who request a lot of detail. It’s important to know that a LOT is going to be asked of your logo. On most of your social media sites, its going to be shrunk down quite small to fit into profile boxes. If you are having it embroidered onto shirts or hats, high levels of detail, or fine lines will not carry over. So there is a lot to be said for simple logos, that don’t have too many fine lines. A good designer will warn you if you are getting too detailed.
