How much do the marketing campaign's cost?
We’ll bill you hourly, and our hourly rate is $70/hr. But don’t let that intimidate you. Our team is really fast. If you have your materials ready to go, a newsletter, carousel post and three reels would be about $420.
NOTE: Ad spend and print costs are extra. These rates provide ready-to-print or publish materials.
What is the turnaround time on an ad campaign?
Most campaigns can be ready for approval or revisions in 4-5 business days unless you have web edits or very elaborate print.
Things that slow us down:
- We need images of your team or product and you don’t have them ready.
- We don’t have passwords or codes to get into your newsletter or Canva account
- We don’t have clear instructions
- You’re sitting on revisions
If speed is a priority, let us know; otherwise, this will go into the queue, for the next available designer.
Are you going to use AI on my design work?
Our team doesn’t really love AI either, and does not use it to complete a project. But there are some instances where it is very helpful. We might use AI to edit your images, remove backgrounds, or supplement copy (writing) if we don’t have enough.
Otherwise, project work is completed by real, senior designers who live in our area and care about the outcomes.

Will you build my project in Canva?
Our designers use the Adobe Suite for most projects – especially print. BUT if you prefer we can build your project in Canva so that you can edit and update it yourself later – we are happy to do this for you.
We’ve built a lot of things in Canva, from restaurant menus to business card designs and of course, social media posts.
Do I need to provide photos or pay for them?
We have stock photo accounts and pricing for this is included in your hourly rate, but if you have product photography or good photos of your team or space, we would love to use those, as they often have greater impact.
If you need photography, let your Project Manager know and they can hook you up with some pricing and options.
