The rebrand for Little Beasts Brewery is a step out for us, creatively. But strategically, this is what we do!

We provided visual “bulk” to the business, making it identifiable - especially since the can art is often changing to suit new collaborations.

The rebrand is the perfect transition step for new ownership - leaving the original “little beast” in the logo, while we build recognition around a new colour palette, textures, artwork, photography and more. We left the door open to a future change, symbolized by broken ropes and animal traps. One day, this beast may escape.

Little Beasts is the gritty, artsy, slightly subversive, little weird friend of the Durham Region Craft Beer scene.

We try to keep the crying to a minimum in the office. 😅 Our account managers are usually crushing 40-80 emails a day, and we do it to protect the designers peace. ✌️

We prefer for the designers to have solid blocks of uninterrupted time where they can chill with your brand’s vibes. We want them to be in FLOW STATE 🏄‍♀️ so you’re getting the best of their creative energies. They could not do that if they were constantly in email.

In addition to supporting creativity, the break between client and designer also protects our clients. ⚠️ It creates a safe space where you can be honest about the work you see. You don’t have to worry about hurting our feelings if you don’t like an aspect of the work.

Your account manager can also help you clarify your feedback, and give clear instructions, keeping the process orderly and as constructive as possible. 💁🏼‍♀️

Finally, many of our clients move forward with multiple services, and your account manager will stay with you, understanding the history of your project, and knowing your needs, even if you’re now working with the photographer, web developer or social team. 🤳

Our designers like the process. They get to create and build beautiful brands without worrying about invoicing, confusing communication or requesting information. 👩‍🎨

Our clients like having an advocate on the inside, keeping their project on track. 📝

It means that the people who are most skilled, are doing the things they are best at, and that’s how we deliver the tightest experience we can. 🙌
