Katie Dempsey

DIRECTOR OF MARKETING

Katie began Brand Ambition in her living room, creating marketing strategies for businesses in the health & wellness field. 5 years later, Brand Ambition has grown to more than 15 staff members and has launched more than 400 brands in real estate, tech, municipal, retail, aeronautics and leisure industries.

Kaitlyn Araujo

OPERATIONS MANAGER

With over 8 years of experience in office administration, Kaitlyn began her career in the new build industry after graduating from Durham College. She joined Brand Ambition in 2019 as a receptionist and has since risen to the role of head of operations. Kaitlyn is the go-to person in the office, ensuring everything runs smoothly. Outside of work, she enjoys outings with her husband and two young sons.

Ali McKelvie

SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Ali’s career at Brand Ambition kicked off with an internship during her time at Fleming College. Since then, she has evolved into a proficient illustrator, carving out a niche for herself in the world of hand lettering. Her personal life revolves around her husband and beloved dog, Kodi, and she relishes the great outdoors, often embarking on hikes and weekend escapades to savor life’s adventures.

Meghan Dobson

IM. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Meghan graduated from Durham College in 2021 with an Advanced Diploma in Graphic Design. She specializes in our hourly design projects that can consist of brochures, packaging, signage, and more. Currently at Brand Ambition, she is advancing her design skills in brand identities and website design, further expanding her design capabilities. During her free time, she enjoys going on camping trips and kayaking adventures.

Sara Chiodo

SR. GRAPHIC DESIGNER

Sara boasts more than 6 years of graphic design experience in advertising. She holds a degree in Art History & Theatre from Queen’s University and an advanced diploma in Graphic Design from Durham College. She leverages her design and marketing expertise to create strong brand identities. In her free time, she enjoys outdoor activities with her husband and their dog, Archie.

Steph Vella

digital communications manager

As the Digital Communications Manager, I focus on account management for our social clients, ensuring their digital presence is impactful and engaging. Outside the office, I work part-time as a nurse, focusing on mental health sciences. I love photography, film, my dog Hazel and spending time with friends and family.
