Over the last 9+ years, we’ve been diligently assembling a dedicated team. The individuals within this company share a strong bond and a mutual love for their work. They have collectively contributed to thousands of projects, benefiting hundreds of businesses.

Our goal is to offer small and growing businesses, access to the services they would get at a big Toronto agency. It’s a big goal for a small business. We try to attract top talent by offering comfortable hours, part-time remote work, and influence. You aren’t just a cog in the wheel. Do You Work With Subcontractors?

Yes, we do. We know people in the industry who are the BEST at product styling, photography, event management, ads and video… If we need a specialist on a project – we are totally open to working with subcontractors.

That said, we know that we can often run a tighter ship, and guarantee client experience if a professional is a member of our team. So as soon as we know we can sustain enough work to support a full-time person, it’s our preference to add them to the team. But we are flexible.

Do You Work With People Who Don't Live Locally?

Right now our team is in office some combination of Monday, Tuesday and Thursday, and we are remote the rest of the time. We have worked fully remote, and would be open to it for the right person. But we have found that many staff are happier being local and present. It means they can attend the photoshoots of their favourite clients, they can come to PR events, and they can integrate into the team socially.

That said, we have clients all across Canada and even some in the US. So we are flexible!

Do You Accept Interns?

For many years we have accepted unpaid interns from Durham College, Fleming, and Centennial as part of their placement program.

In 2025 we are taking a break from placements, as we focus on growing some departments. But this is something that we would consider again in the future for the right fit.

We generally have our interns work in the social media department first assisting our senior team. They get high intensity experience working with design, photography, video, copy-writing, and strategy, so they can quickly find what they like doing, and what their strengths are.

Although you may be going on coffee runs, our internships are very industry focused and high pace. You will be working on active projects, and our existing team will be giving you real feedback to ensure that you can learn from the insights it took us years to master. You will be leaving with a real portfolio of work.
