Social media is changing. As algorithms prioritize video and reel creation, it is becoming much more difficult to outsource your social media, or to “set it and forget it”.

Business owners realize that they need strong in house talent designing story arcs, filming, editing and running paid ad campaigns to stay competitive.

We’ve developed this unique program, based on 6 years in social media, branding and marketing. We want to give your in house people the skills to carry your business into its next phase of development.

**All exercises and work done in class, will be on YOUR brand, and your attendee will be developing real campaigns, visual assets and video content that will be used to promote your business. They will be working alongside experienced professionals who will help them customize their content to your specific business. (*All plans and content to be approved by you prior to publishing if requested.)

We’ll be going deep on the following areas:

  • Brand management
  • Social media account optimization
  • Advanced engagement strategies & content planning
  • Campaign planning & strategy (customized to your business needs)
  • Paid ad management (Facebook & Instagram)
  • Light photography & video editing
  • Light reel & video production
  • Asset management/file organization/team collaboration

After this course, your competent admin or social media team member will have the ability to:

  • Strategically plan & execute your social media
  • Manage, advise, & report on marketing initiatives & sales funnel health
  • Plan & roll out paid ad campaigns in the Facebook Business Manager
  • Film and edit reels and video content
  • Manage passwords, brand assets and platforms professionally
  • Advise you on next steps and marketing initiatives you should invest in

This course will increase efficiency, and the return on your social media investment in ways that outsourcing never can. This program is designed to train in house talent, and embed them inside your organization for long term benefits.

After the training your team member and business will receive:

  • 3 months of ongoing coaching via email
  • A monthly group call to review metrics, optimize and further cement learning
  • A workbook of customized marketing plans and campaigns for your business
  • A suite of FREE online resources to use as part of your marketing

If you decide to move forward, your team member will be provided with a full course syllabus prior to the in person training.

We recommend that your team member be prepared with a mobile phone, laptop, passwords/access to platforms.

Course Instructor:

Katie Dempsey is the owner of Brand Ambition. She not only brings 7 years experience as a marketer and social media manager to this program, but also her understanding of running a small business. Katie understands the ground truths and realities of business, and will use her insight to customize program material to your company’s strengths, weaknesses, staffing, budgets, and environment.

Classes are Monday to Friday 10-4pm at The Park CoWorking. 182 Wellington St. W. Bowmanville ON. There is a cafe and restaurant on site, but we will be breaking for a 30min lunch at 1pm.
