The logo for Kelly was light, clean and modern. Kelly wanted a simple icon that she could call her own – featuring her signature colour. We try to encourage realtors to stretch beyond the familiarity of house imagery. In Kelly’s case, we were able to create something memorable from the simplicity and give it that Kate Spade classy feel.
COLOUR PALETTE
Kelly loves this bright turquoise, that has become a recognizable part of her business and reputation. We’ve balanced it out with some darker shades too.
TEXTURES & PATTERNS
to keep with the youthful and fun feel of the brand, these feminine and trendy paterns were chosen. It’s obvious that Kelly knows what is popular and on trend now, and this skill comes in handy when she is styling homes for resale!
PHOTOGRAPHY
Kelly’s photo shoot is the true showpiece of her updated brand. Kelly was a great subject to shoot and she came armed with additional props – all totally on brand. You could really see her personality and unabashed sense of fun.

These 2 options created for Kelly feature her photoshoot. Her brand textures and logo add that extra something that makes her look a cut above her competitors.
BUSINESS CARDS
Kelly’s vivid turquoise is primarily for online purposes – which is Kelly’s main marketing platform. So on her business cards, her colour is toned down to a level that standard copy houses can handle.
Realtors tend to need a lot of material on their cards, but this layout checks all the boxes. Keeping Kelly herself, and her brand prominent while still showcasing her social media handles (very important) and her brokerage present (a requirement.)
SOCIAL MEDIA – POST TEMPLATES
Kelly was given a suite of social media posts that show off her latest listings, but also give her branded opportunities to say hi to her followers without being “salesy”.
